Sin títuloWhen it’s all said and done
And all the soldiers are on board
There must be something wrong
You come to think, “What is going on?”
What is happening? I don’t understand
The sea is fine, there are no sharks
No one has fallen and the sky isn’t dark
I repeat, “What is going on?”
Everyone is calm and minding their own
Seagulls are chirping and slowly the rain starts to pour
There’s a gentle breeze on our faces and skin
I knew it! So “What is going on?”
Suddenly, we see there, across the sea
Another ship, they said. This one’s red
Fear runs up our spine
These ones must die.
Rage and agony now reign our souls
The ongoing sounds make our blood run cold
Slashed here, cut there, how savage
Once again, “What is going on?”
They’re all gone, both crews, taken by death
I stand alone in the seas of the dead
Sudden pleasure takes place
Why am I feeling this? Is there no other way?
As the leader who walks in the crowd
A silent and dead crowd
In total darkness, do we decide when to die?
Apparently not, “What is going on?”
I’ll never be free, is the world around me that has changed, or is it me?
I can’t run this ship alone
Am I destined to die this way?
Someone help me clear things up, “What is going on?!”
I see some movement, a little boat
I wave and shout until I’m heard
The men take me hostage
I can’t eat and can barely speak.
I wonder; am I dreaming? Why don’t I get it?
Nothing makes sense,
Am I dreaming? Am I alive? Dead?
Anyone? Anybody? “What is going on?”
I start breaking down
These people, they’re not right
I don’t understand what they’re saying
I think I’m going to collide
I suppose my time has come
Never understood the difference between the beginning and the end
I can’t say I’m alive, but I’m not dead
No one ever answered what was going on
We die with doubts and sorrow
Happiness left for tomorrow
Rage and love in mind
Is there an actual answer, to what we never seem to find?
